We don't refund for change of mind.
If you believe you have a faulty product, please email a photo to sarah@studiobronze.co.nz & we may require a return of the unused portion.
Online orders placed through the website Shopping Cart will be packed and dispatched once payment has been received or proof of deposit made to our bank account.
No liability will be accepted for any shortages, breakages, or defective goods unless Studio Bronze is notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Returns will only be accepted within one month from the date of invoice and must be accompanied by the invoice.
